Like what?If you are going to make a video of yourself plowing or doing anything really be sure you know how to do it correctly first. I have run plows for over 40 years and run everything from mower plows up to Oshkosh and FWD plows and blowers. You have a lot to learn and plowing and the way you are plowing there they are going to be expensive lessons.
It seems to be his property so he may know where hidden objects are.Like hitting "stuff" that you can't see
Curbs, hydrants, rocks, etc.
All it takes is the frost to shift something around for a new object to appear.It seems to be his property so he may know where hidden objects are.
It really didn't look like he was going much over 20 mphAll it takes is the frost to shift something around for a new object to appear.
This is from a Meyers Slowplow manual ;
20 m.p.h. is recommended as a maximum snow plowing
speed under ideal conditions, assuming the driver is familiar
with the roadway or area to be cleared.
They also recommend not excede 45 mph while transporting the plow.
Not really. Someone stated that he was doing a terrible job at plowing. I asked to point it out because it didn't look bad to me. And someone mentioned speed. That's all. Just trying to get learned in the art of plowing.Stop debating about his speed, your hijacking the thread.
Don't PM. Post it as I would like to know as well. I am looking at putting a plow on mine as well.Thanks for posting the video. Send me a pm about the mounts you used.
Nice job!! Very cool. Nothing like green iron plowing, having fun! Here's what we do when done plowing with our green iron:

Sweet video, I've always thought how sweet it would be to have a plow on a deuce. What kind of rig set up do you have there? Reminds me of a county truck crazy man.
