EUC question

Don't try to figure it out. It's a bureaucrat thing. It makes no sense to ordinary humans. I needed one on mine. I didn't need one on my trailer, but others have needed one for the same trailer.

What needs one and what doesn't is all over the map. Don't sweat it.

It is most likely the NSN that was used when the truck was entered into DRMS inventory. The EUC flagging tends not to be "random". However, the specification of the NSN can tend to be, depending on who put the truck in the system.

I was just looking at Gov. and I found some 1028 with EUC . Are those assigned at the random or what specifies what needs an EUC and what not? My 1028 didn't need one, so I am ???
If you can come up with the answer to this question, YOU could make a fortune in mind reading. We all wonder about this, like when a truck DOSE NOT need a EUC but its transmission DOSE, guess a transmission CAN be thrown though a window or dropped on somebody while a truck will be to big for this kind of attack.
