1028 Dually conversion

I know the kits are all but extinct, but does anyone have the install instructions that came with the kits that the military used to convert the trucks to duals?

Oh, and if someone has a kit just laying around. . . .

Consider a cab/chassis rear. It will fit under the SECM quite nicely.

I am going to convert my 1031 to a 1028A3, I think I have most of the parts I need, but would like to be sure.
