Steering wheel space: poll

Alright, let's hear it; how much space do you have between your stomach and the steering wheel of your deuce?

What is worst than the steering wheel in the pedals... so high. I my knees hit the steering wheel while pushed in.

I can actually fit with my 6 year old in my lap but the wheel will rub her belly. I am fairly thin but I'm tall. I have more trouble with leg room than I do steering wheel clearance.

I could and would love to fit a cheerleader on my lap but my wife wouldn't approve...

A good bit , but I also changed out the padding on the back rest to 3/4 " foam

I have a smaller steering wheel installed. It makes it a bit harder to maneuver in tight spaces but much easer to drive with clearance.

I woulda checked "I can fit one of my kids on my lap" but considering that all three kids are GROWN ADULTS, that's not a realistic option.

I'd like to try it with a cheerleader. That being said, my trusty A3 has a smaller steering wheel and power steering so it is more user friendly. I kind of wish the seat had a little more tilt, it is still like driving in a straight back chair.

Well the obvious solution is to buy your wife a cheerleading outfit and some pom poms. Or just the pom poms...
