Title for my new HMMWV

Live in Hartsville South Carolina and just purchased a 2008 M998 through GovPlanet. Govplanet cannot issue the SF97. Want to get tags for the vehicled USAA has already insured it. Since you live in SC do you have any recommendations. Thanks for your input. Julian King

First off welcome to the site.

Why will GovPlanet not issue a SF-97? Did the auction state that no title/SF-97 would be issued? Did it state that the sale was for "Off Road Use Only"

Many times when you post to a 2 year old thread you may not get a response.

No, more along the lines of the site not aiding in the violation of law and contractual agreements.

Sorry, but this type of discussion just isn't going to be acceptable here, unless something changes from GP/DOD/Federal laws. We're just going to be hands off on it.
