There are multiple ways to accomplish what you are asking, From very simple and not really that great for the batteries or still simple to do and much better for the batteries but it does cost more.

Hints... Hook up the 12v power wires to the "individual battery" that has the chassis ground cable going to it (does not matter that it also has the other cables connected to it that complete a 24v circuit) The issue with this method is that it causes unbalanced batteries in the system in the long run.

Get a 24v to 12v power converter/equalizer and hook up your 12v power needs to it. This costs money for good units but it is much better on the batteries in higher 12v draw situations (radios/light bars etc)

Get a 24v to 12v power inverter/equalizer and hook up your 12v power needs to it. This costs money for good units but it is much better on the batteries in higher 12v draw situations (radios/light bars etc)
It matters which battery you connect you very much.

If wanting to tap 12v do it on the batter that provides the ground to the system. If you do it on the last battery you could fry your electronics, especially the cb.

Side note:

Converters change same type voltages, dc-dc, ac-ac. You will also see converters used in ac-dc conversion.

Inverters change dc voltage to ac voltage. The reason this doesn't fall into converters is because it has to invert the wave form to create the ac voltage. Going from dc-ac only requires a bridge rectifier to "smooth" out the ac wave to a solid dc wave.

And equalizers do just that, equalize the bank.

A power converter will work nicely. 24v dc to 12v dc. You will need a big fuse, power cables and a large relay to control the converter on and off also.

The heater blower "LO" side of the blower switch is power by 12V through the dash battery switch from 1/2 the battery bank. Tap that, and your circuit will shut off when the truck is shut down. Gravy job, with nothing to buy.
