A Green Iron graveyard, straight to the scrappers, (unless rescued by a SS member or others). That is so wrong to see, but in this economy; anything goes. Too bad we can't scrap the Iranian centrifuges & their equipment to make a bunch of nuclear weapons...we will pay for this day in the near future...

I see, I didn't get the picture until now. I must have missed that by reading only bits and pieces. Of course realizing now that the thread tile is a clue. Thanks for the clarification, FloridaAKM.

We bought 200 and have at least another 100 contracted. The first four arrived last Friday. I think we have 72 home now. It is hard to keep track, we had five of our semi trucks roll in right at 5 last night, so that added ten to the day's count. We are hauling two at a time on step deck trailers. I only have a ten man staff and two yards to run, so it is going to take us a while to drain all the fluids and pull the salvage off.

1400 Goodyears are going about as fast as they are coming. Michelin XLs are not selling. I guess I am going to have to lower the price to 100 dollars on Michelins. That is a cheap way to put new shoes on your truck.

I know it's a moving target, but rough-count, any given day:

- How many 5T's you got in stock?

- 50? 100? 200? More!?

500 dollars and I am not shipping any. They are a royal pain to pack up!
I have two M931A2 with soft tops that I would be interested in a couple nice hardtops for. I could bring my gooseneck to get them and maybe some other goodies that I could find. You're about 15 hours away so I'd have to see what would fit your schedule and mine.

I actually live in the military yard, so about anytime you want to roll in for parts is good with me. I have three large German Shepherds and I take them to the lake frequently on my days off to swim. Other than that, I am pretty much a homebody. We have loaders in the military yard. I have found that three sheets of plywood on a set of front end loader forks is the hot ticket for removing hardtops and moving them around. Just set the plywood level with the floor of the truck and walk the tops across. We are open every Saturday until 2PM. Closed on Sundays, but I am pretty much always there. Glen

Not much help to you anyway, we only have two ZXL tires so far and they are about 70 percent.

I just got back from the yard last Friday. The grandson and myself had a blast. Thanks Glen for letting us have open access to the yard. Man he has a lot of nice trucks. I picked up a hardtop and man was it a nice one. Just like he said he lays a couple of pieces of plywood on the forks raises it to cab level and we walked it right off and onto the trailer. So many parts, I was worse than a kid in a candy factory. Thanks again Glen to you and the guys for all of your help and hospitality. I'm saving for the next trip out.

It was nice having a grandfather grandson team in the yard. I like family times and hope he never forgets the day. You guys were great and are welcome anytime.
