Mounting a winch. Who has done it?

I scored a new VR 10.000. Warn winch today for free. One of my customers bought a new Jeep and it was already on it. Dealer installed. Well she wanted it off so I got it. I wanted to mount a winch on my 1028 since day one. I may even mount it in the rear. I would like to here ideas or see how some of you have done it. pics would be great.

Winch is mounted between frame rails on a universal mounting plate from Harbor Freight. Which is a 12,000 lb. from HF also. Setup works great, out of the way, easy install.Here you go.

this is exactly how I have mine. I also used mag light flash light clamps to mount my plate on the fairlead but allow it to be removable.
