Sorry JohnnyBM931A2 the HP & Torque is just about even between the NHC 250 and the 8.3 6cta motors as they come from the OEMs and the NHC will actually have more bottom end torque when pulling away from a stop light but once the turbo spools on the 8.3 it's pretty much even. Where the big difference comes into play is the ease that the 8.3 can be "turned up" to and still have good longevity.

Absolutely. And, the 8.3 can be turned up in both regards of power and RPM. I don't think the 250 engine likes going higher RPM than stock. Lots of big heavy parts swinging around inside of there, waiting to get out.

And hardtops are a little more expensive than 300 or 400. Yes you can find them but unless they are close shipping would cost you.

Ah. Obviously the site that I looked at before I bought my truck was incorrect.

gsk springs and I am sure it will , but.......................................if I go back twenty years you wont have a drivers licence and un able to pick up my trucks for me ha................wait that just means im old

The A2's are too new to register as historic in WA, and will be for another 7 years.

So for me there would be a $400/year difference. That buys a decent amount of fuel given the amount I drive it.
