6.5 turbos in GL hmmwvs

Has GL sold any hmmwv with 6.5 TD's? I've seen them with 6.5's but none with turbos.

I was wondering the same thing last week. I havent seen any looking through the list of hummers sold.

That at was NON DLA...meaning a private company or individual owned them, Gl was only the auction company.
in this case, BAE owned the trucks...

They have sold some.

Those were sold through GL from BAE. They had 6 I think that were set up for Saudi but didn't go. They were fully labeled in Arabic too. There have been a hand full of the A2s sold as scrap only but nothing complete. It will be years before they come out without being demilled as scrap.

65 grand it not that bad of a deal considering the truck. IIRC The Dodge 2500 laramie is almost 60....
Let a lone 30 y/o beat to **** GP hmmwv's that are 10-15k.

I have 2 complete drive-train takeouts with the 6.5L turbos, transfer case, and 4 speed transmissions. I also have 4 N/A 6.5 G.E.P. engine assemblies. I also have a complete turbo set-up (With heads) to bolt on the 6.5L minus the wiring harness. If anyone is interested email me at Richardta82@hotmail.com
