Desperately Need information, New Glow Plug Relay Won't Click

Ok, OK.... I'm desperate!! I have read tons of glow plug threads, the TM's and the internet. I bought this 1986 CUCV K30 from someone two weeks ago and since then, I have been studying on how to correct its glow plug issues. As of right now, I have a 6ga wire with fusible link leaving the front battery positive terminal going to the 12 volt block (as recommended on a thread regarding resistor bypass) then I have another 6ga wire with fusible link leaving the 12v block going to the top of the NEW S603 glow plug relay. Next I have the bluish/green wire from the harness and the wire for my manual switch on the second to the top relay terminal with the second wire of the manual switch going to ground, next I have the small red wire from the harness on the third terminal down on the relay, and lastly I have the small orange wire and the two large orange glow plug wires on the bottom terminal of the relay. I have a multimeter and get 12.5v at every junction in the circuit all the way to the top of the s603 relay, but nothing after that. I turn key switch and depress my manual glow plug switch and I get no clicking sounds. Aren't I suppose to hear clicking sounds?? Could it be a bad ground? Or maybe I used too small a wires going to the switch? I didn't think the size of the switch wires mattered? Also, I have taken the glow plugs out for inspection and multimeter testing and all but one tests to have less than 1 ohm. Please help!! This is driving me crazy! Below is some pics of the engine. Some of what you see is temporary, I just want to get it to start. As of now, it will crank but not start.

Try a jumper wire between the light blue wire(terminal) to ground with the key on.

You should hear the relay activate. If this works, your push button is not grounding.

Do you have a glowplug controller cad in the truck?

I have tried the jumper wire from ground to the blue wire and I get nothing. I haven't looked to see if the card is there, I just got the truck two weeks ago and the guy bragged about how it always started fine for him. I trailered it home and I am yet to get it cranked. I will look at the TM's and make sure I can identify the card correctly. If the manual switch is connected correctly, do I need a card in it to make the relay click? Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated!!

I hate buying things from those I will never see again.
Seems always some things I can't clear up when it was
sold to me with no problems there.

Zeus51 is most definitely writing in the place to get the expertise He needs.

Do you mean the pink/black wire on the bottom small terminal? As a matter of fact, no i do not have 12 volts to the pink/black wire. I'll get to reading the manual for the fuses ASAP! What would it be labeled? Is it as obvious as glow plug relay fuse in the manuals? Thanks!

Yep, that one.

You should have +12 on the Pink/Black and when you ground the Light Blue the relay should close.

Check Fuse #17, 20 amp fuse

There's your problem.

If you do not find a blown fuse, you could feed that terminal will 12v positive(right off the top big terminal) for now, then it should work.

Just don't do this if you have a controller card in place.

This is just a way to make it work, if you need to get it going today.(could be permanent without a controller card installed.

You should just have a blown fuse.

You guys are geniuses! I've been so wrapped up in rewiring it back to the way it's suppose to be that I completely forgot to check the fuses and now two new fuses and she STARTS!! Thank you so much!
