I'll be out at the m816 this weekend and can take pics of the rating plates on the crane.

Interesting setup on the outriggers, gives me some ideas when mine gets upgraded to hydraulic. Any pics of your valve bank mounted on the bed?

I'm going to make a reinforcement collar around the end of the receiver and make it so you can't pull them out accidentally. Also have to add adjustment pins, was thinking about using cam locks but I want to be able to pull on the leg at the shackle and don't want it breaking the cam lock, it's probably going to get a 1-1/4 pin threw it

You know what I find funny is that table is for two part line, I have seen hundreds of military wreckers and haven't seen one rigged two part they have all been 3 part.

No wonder we have seen bent booms they are setup to lift 60,000 lbs! Thinking of single or double line mine

Breaking strength on the stock 6x19 fiber core cable is 20-22k pounds. Working load is lower figuring either a 3, 4, or 5 :1 WLL. I'm going to synthetic on mine (yes it's approved for cranes, even available direct from the manufacturer with synthetic for the past few years) with a breaking strength of 27k.
