Help Ident Engine

Buddy picked this engine up in a large Lot purchase. Has less than 10 hours on it and label says 94 build date and is a 1D model. However The turbo looks like a C?

Any ideas on what Model this is and worth?

The engine model number has nothing to do with which turbo is on it.

Thank you! IS that a C Turbo you think? I kept reading the D turbos were larger with waste Gates.

You may compare yours with the pics shown in this thread, which is a "C"- model.

You have a "D" turbo. And no, those had no waste gate.
