For your reference, if it matters. My commercial load bank is a pure resistance load like yours and at 100% load on the meter, my load bank is at 12kw.

Good to keep them exercised. I run mine once a month. It was scheduled for last Sunday but I had other plans so I did it yesterday.

My homemade load bank is also a pure resistance load. I run mine at 40 amps for testing and exercise. I usually kick it to 52-55 amps briefly to make sure it will handle a surge. I replaced my load gauge with digital volt/amp meters.

I've seen your gauges - nice set up. Load bank you built is impressive also.
