Yes I have used the search function and read through the past posts. So I'm on the fence about buying a bypass centrifuge with the hope it can help my 66 multifuel engine will last just a bit longer. The only possible issue I read without a answer is what gph rating is best and/or will what models are better for not starving the engine by taking away oil pressure?

Easy to install, plumb a line from a main oil rifle to the spinner and from there back to the sump, not necessarily the pan, just to a hole into the crankcase, you could even return to the v/c if needed. It is just a bypass filter, the orifices in the spinner will regulate the flow so it doesn't rob the rifle of necessary flow and pressure.

I run a centrifuge on my truck you will not lose any oil pressure. If the centrifuge is too big it won't clean properly a 65gph one works great on a multi fuel. You can gravity drain it with some fittings on the turbo drain or use an air drain.

It's the same there is a pressure relief valve that I believe can be adjusted I think it's on the turbo side of the motor you'd have to check the TMs. Every motor may have pressure differences depending on how's it's set. 60 to 70 psi while under load should be sufficient. Also flow rate plays a part in a centrifuges operation.

I've thought about adding a bypass filter to a few things. The Frantz seems solid in it's concept, but I'm sure it's a mess to service. The centrifuge seems to be the best idea?
