Drive shaft cup bolt troque specs ?

Not need my manuals. Anybody know the specs for the drive shaft cup bolts ?

50 foot/lbs, per Spicer...Use loctite red...

17-24 Ft*lb is literally engraved on the caps of my Neapco joints. 50 is an awful lot.

3/8" drive wrench at wrist strength tight is along the lines of 35ft lbs.

I have had better luck with Green Permatex threadlocker over the red. Especially with the vibrations these trucks have.

The Neapco (4-0279) joints come with safety tab washers, that bend up against the head of the bolts, to prevent them from coming out. They work amazingly well, and you could still Loctite them if you wanted as well.
