The description states it has Portal hubs so that with the looks seems pretty Hummer like.

It would be interesting to see a drop-in electric powertrain for a HMMWV. It would be possible to house the drive train and the battery bank in the tunnel and fender wells. It would certainly be cooler than the Bolinger.
