Windshield frame restoration

Looking for the rubber grommets on top of the windshield frame, that the soft top bow rods ride in.

Never seen grommets used.

Is there an NSN# in the parts TM?

Nope there is a grommet there, 5 each actually

5 isn't right. somebody had to modify it.

Google --- rubber grommet 1/4"--- for a start finding something commercially. Never seen them used myself but it would seem to help to seal it. Post a pic of what you come up with.

Been unable to post pics. I could show the grommets on my old frame.

Grommets would be a good way to quiet the cab up a little more. Mine just has drilled holes and 2 plastic body plugs. I layed a bead of gasket maker glue to the under side of the roof rod to make it quieter.
