High-Low PTO shifter boot

Anyone got a good solution for a transfer case boot?

I'm afraid my ignorance is great in this area. I've found a number on the web but the ones I've looked at don't list dimensions. Is the size universal and does this apply to the deuce? Has anyone found one they feel fits the deuce well and blocks some of the sound & heat?

I have seen some articles on the web where people use the same shift boot as the gear shift and this doesn't appeal to me.

As a follow up, after scouring the web I found 3 good other options for the PTO boot (I just didn't care, aesthetically, for the stock boot).

Now these two are just the bezel itself. And I probably would've bought from this company but they didn't get back to me as fast as another vendor whom I did buy from and was cheaper (came with the boot and bezel):
