Very likely you will not get fuel gelling at 11* F while trying to start it cold. Your more likely to experience the gelling issue around 0*F or lower when your burning uncut fuel.No problems in regular weather. No drain back issue either.
It did take some cranking in 11F. But I didnt have a fuel heater so that may just be fuel gelling.
