Tire chafing

While doing a post-trip inspection on my truck, I noticed some chafing/rubbing happening, and that's no bueno, so I went to my local parts house.

3/4" heater hose, 4 band clamps later, I have chafing gear...

Hydraulic shops have an asphalt guard as well as the metal type

My 5 tons the metal guard is on the outside hose not the inside

Gotcha. That was the quickest solution I could think of at the moment

Hoses need to be replaced anyway
