MEP-002A No Output

I have an MEP-002A generator. There is no Output voltage. I have tracked it down to a disintegrated rear rotor bearing that allowed the rotor to collide with the stator damaging the coils on the Rotor Exciter. The part # for the rotor assembly in the ARMY TM 9-6115-584-24P parts manual is 72-5210. Does anybody out there know where a replacement rotor assembly can be found?

There are no shorts to the case on the stator. I used a 400mA current source and measured the voltage across each coil at 400mA. Using this method, all stator coil resistances are very close to the TM spec.
