I have a 1165A1 and attempting to getting my wiper washer pump operating. The pump was unassembled during armor de mill. Looking at what diagrams I have seen it appears there should be two wire connectors under the dash near where the pump/reservoir tank are located? I have not been able to locate them. I do have the wiper switch and pump knob attached inside on center of windshield frame. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

directly below the windshield wiper motor under the windshield frame there is a set of contacts. (between body and bottom of Windshield) . I'm not sure if they are the same on your 1165 as my 1045. Early trucks like the 998's had folding windshield frames. some times those contacts would be corroded .
You may have to pull the dog house off and look up under the center of the opening for wires .
Perhaps they cut them or just left them disconnected when they were removing armor.

I believe he is looking for the wires to plug into the washer tank. They are over by the steering column.

Thank-you both for your replies. Yes I am looking for the wires to plug into the pump wires. So far I only have located what I believe is hopefully the positive plug under the dash. It is numbered 57D. I notice one of the pump wires is numbered 57 so I am hoping this is the positive. If I can not find the other which may be the ground I think I will be able to connect my own wire to the other pump wire and run my own ground to get the pump to run. I also ran a test on my pump and found that it is NOT working so I have ordered a new one. Thanks again for the help!!
