His babies ride in that vehicle regularly so you might search his channel about his hummer. Might even ask if he did anything specific to connect the children tightly to the truck.

Be sure to take some pictures and post them here for us to oogle.

I'd suggest installing the high-back seats with the 3-point seat belt kit. I have never used a car seat in a HMMWV before, but I assume it would work just fine with the 3-point seat belts.
