I just purchased a LifeSaver jerry can (designed and manufactured in the UK). It is an all-in-one hand pump water purifier in a jerry can platform and holds 18.5 liters (~4.9 gallons), which due to the internal hand pump and filter (and structure reinforcing holes) is just slightly less than the 20 liters (~5.3 gallons) of the typical jerry can. I am a big fan of the jerry can platform and its myriad of uses. Now, the purpose of my post here isn't to provide a review for the can or its water purifying abilities (as I haven't used it yet) and there are a number of well done reviews out there.
For those curious, below is the manufacturer's website. They offer 2 versions, one that is capable of filtering up to 10,000 liters (~2,642 gallons) in Light Blue and a 20,000 liter (~5,283 gallons) in Dark Blue or Green:

Oddly enough, OK4WD has a larger color selection than the manufacturer's website of Dark Blue, Black, Army Green, Tan, or Matte Gray:

While many of the reviews I watched out there did a good job reviewing the can, I felt like this review seemed to cover all/most of the bases in detail:

I am not affiliated with any of the above links or companies in any way, just my observations.

Now, to the purpose of this post, and the question I had that I could not find anywhere was whether or not the LifeSaver jerry can would fit in the classic military jerry can mount. Not surprisingly, the answer to that is no, as its corners are too square. Here it is compared to my beat-up surplus water cans:
However, the LifeSaver jerry can does fit perfectly in the aluminum, folding dual jerry can mount used on LAV-25's:
I may try to put some sort of plastic cap on the inside of this hing bolt to prevent/reduce the wear to the corner of the plastic LifeSaver jerry can:
The LifeSaver jerry can is basically the exact same height:
