Question

New member here and I do not want to break the rules. I am a licensed auctioneer from Pennsylvania who is pretty much retired at 74 years old. I have a good friend that in a couple of years older then me that has 2 dodge trucks and some new old stock parts. I listed an auction for him that is very small with 25 total items. I know these item will most likely bring scrap price or less. So I was hoping these item would go to someone that would make good use of them. I have a soft spot for these trucks and worked over 35 years at the location they came from. We used them for on road and off road transportation in our quarry and to our plant. I tried to put info on this sale in your classified. But I think I may have broken a rule which was not my intention. If I cannot post info about these parts that is fine. If I can please direct me on how I go about it. I do believe these trucks and parts offer a lot of value to the membership.thanks Dave

I think the rules might require that you have posted a few times before you have the ability to add a listing in the Classified Section. The goal is to keep out the spammers and scammers.

If you wanted to post a few pictures of what you have here - and classifieds will require a price - I feel sure one of the Moderators could move your post there for you. Not sure how that would work with an auction though...

You have to be a supporting member meaning join the supporting members which aint but 15 bucks a year ! That way you can post in classified and see other sections not open to the general public and i promise you will never feel cheated for joining this place is a constant wealth of knowledge on all thing green !
