x-door body reinforcements needed?

I just got a set of western Kentucky surplus hard doors and MAN ARE THEY HEAVY.

I have a de-mil m1165, and the front door hinge reinforcement component was left in the truck. I have removed them as the threads for the standard door hinges still exist.

For those of you with x-doors, is the body structurally sound enough without the reinforcements and the swiss cheese of holes?

Love to hear your thoughts.
