I've ordered quite a few things for my Mog from EI but I'm wondering where you guys get more common Mercedes things like your oil filters and brake lines?

Freightliner would be one place to check if they are Unimog parts.

I tend to buy from whoever has the stuff for a good price. Which can be numerous places, including eBay.

I disagree on this. There are many Mercedes NLA (No longer available) parts for the SEE. I run into them all the time. Mercedes supplied a "flyer" (incomplete chassis) to Badger in Wisconsin where many of the US components were installed, these are not Mercedes Parts numbers and would need to be sourced from the OEM if still possible. Badger long ago sold out their inventory and I think EI ended up with it. EI is not building new parts so when its gone its gone.

Depends on where you live. here in Germany, most Moog parts are available.
