Was the Green LED "DC POWER" ON prior to system not starting?
Most people interestingly never pay any attention to LED's on Circuit Boards in general.

Yes, when it worked
Now, since the LED is not illuminated and the LED “DC Power” on the voltage regulator is also not illuminated, I would like to know if the engine will crank when using the dead crank switch

edit: on voltage regulator it is the “DC Supply” which has the same meaning as “DC Power”
