Can’t send private message

I’m trying to start a private conversation and I get this message:
“Please start a conversation with one of the following staff members: patracy”
I add him/her, but it keeps coming back with the same message. I’m using an iPad, sometimes this causes issues on websites. It might be that I’m new and I have to be “approved”?

Correct, I have to add them. Who are you trying to reach and I'll invite them.

Agreed, Limit of the number of posts that you have causes that problem.

Yes, as listed in the rules you need 15 posts to start your own conversations. Or message me with the user your trying to reach and I'll invite them. This is done to weed out the scammers.
