Think have a plan after got mind blown. If it makes sense to you... pick it apart for pit falls, Thanks in advance.
- put cherry picker on roof of Truck box with its end of lift arm as close to fore/aft center of 10'ft boxes top as possible. Actually just forward of that to accommodate the arc path the arm's end will travel while lifting.
- Cherry Picker arm, and truck cab, pointing to what will be an Entrance/Exit of the LME
- All sections will be assembled from atop the truck box.
- Cherry Picker sitting Port/starboard, slightly to driver side
- Assemble two arches 8'ft apart, resting on its header across and hanging down off the roof of box. (might use the far front AND far end arch headers when assembling this section, for better stability. *More on that below)
- Assemble whole first section. Legs/walls hanging down. Legs, purlins, everything installed for first section. This box height of around 9.4"'ft will make it easier to attach purlins and all the legs. Cherry Picker allows to lift this section all at once**.
- considering also sorta temporary installing purlins and bottom side wall for next section on this too. Undecided on that. Will experiment
- After construction of that complete section from the rooftop.. in all should leave LME's peak only about 3 feet shy of the full height needed.
- Stick a 4x4 or two..... thru the peak of the two arches; just below the Perlin that acts like the Ridge Beam.
- attach cherry picker as close to Center of gravity around these 4x4's as can.
- LIFT the whole section with Cherry Picker. Should be able to lift to full Height or close to it.
- Since Cherry picker is off center of Driver/ Passenger side of truck box roof, it will move the whole LME frame, slight to driver side, as lift everything.
- Wiggle legs/walls into position/where I want it to sit on ground...
- slowly lower Cherry Picker down till that first section holds itself up.
- *swap out the far end Header used temporarily as mentioned earlier, for the cable header that is supposed to be there, before full detachment of cherry picker)
Disconnect/Disassemble Cherry Picker enough to drive forward under header..... Reassemble/Reposition it. Then do some concocted version of all the above (to be brainstormed more on later) for each next section.
**First Brainstorm was to use cherry picker to lift each roof arch to full height and set them ontop of 4" tall Jackstands and then assemble whole section handing off from those... But that complicated assembly of purlins/wall sections due to height as well as required a second Cherry picker for each arch of the first section's assembly (or turning the cherry picker around on top.... (not enough room)
