Not sure if this is the right place for this post, but here is my question. If I install the BMI Commander turbo kit can I install another turbo with this kit, so instead of one turbo I would have two on the kit, if not why?

The short answer is no. There is barely enough room for one turbo, let alone two and the single turbo is already well-capable of more than enough boost for the 6.5. With the 21:1 compression ratio of the 6.2/6.5 engines and the safe boost limit of 11-12 PSI, there would be no advantage of more than one turbo on this engine.
