I’m trying to repair an 005A but I can’t find some of the parts I need for it anywhere online for sale. Does anyone have a good connection for parts? I’m looking for a fuel line P/N

You're going to have a hard time finding a replacement. But you can easily have a new on made up.
Go to www.discounthydraulichose.com and use the hose builder to order a custom made hose.
Use 5/16 hydraulic hose and select the ends you need. I think they are 5/16" JIC female swivels on both ends.
Just need to determine how long you want it.

@hrbergeron Didnt you have a 15 KW you were parting out?
It sold to the guy not far from me that bought that electrical nightmare 005.

In regards to Eagle Eye 3 's post, I have my fuel lines made by my local NAPA. They're technically hydraulic psi rated but they work fine with fuel. Don't know the thread pitch specifically but if you look up the specs of # 33 or 37 in the diagram it will tell you.

People, Here is a Tip.

Item 15 is the hose he needs. Look at the SMR Code. MFOZZ. That tells you that the part is NOT stocked. You have to make it. Therefore, you will never find one other that salvage. Notice, that in the description of Item 15, it says, "Manufacture from:" and listed below is what you need. Item 16 are the two ends. I think if you look in the net, you will find what kind they are. Item 17 is the hose. Look over to the right. It tells you that the unit of issue is FEET. The next number is 3. That tells you you need THREE FEET to make the hose. The last number wont help you, but it is 35. That means in the entire gen set, there is a TOTAL of 35 feet of this hose used.

No. It is for people who are doing a complete rebuild/ of the fuel system. We sometimes had to do something like this. Sets that had been a long time in the Ft. Bliss sun, or someone had stolen ALL the hoses, or a Reset/Rebuild. If the Unit of Issue, (UI) was RL, for roll, then in the AMDEF/FEDLOG, the NSN for the roll would show how many feet were on the roll. When the UI is feet, the hose can only be ordered in feet.

There is not 35 foot of that specific fuel line in a 005 or 004. 35 foot of line could wrap around the entire generator almost 2 times

All I can say is that the Military writes the book. And they say it has 35 feet. And there is a lot of that size line in the set. Now part of that 35 feet may be to allow you a little wastage. I do know that when we did 14 of the MEP-004A's, we had to order a lot of hose. And, here is an idea. The Aux fuel line! Its part of the set, and the more I think about it, the more sense it makes.

With the aux line that would be the only way it would make sense.

I have one that's 30" end to end.

It came off an 005 parts machine and looks like the one that came off the IP.

It also looks like the one on my 005.

If it works for you, you can have it.
It it was the line that was just laying on the bottom of the generator, that one went from the electric fuel pump to the water separator.

I would just have a new line made up. Like I said, 5/16 ( -5AN ) JIC female swivel ends, whatever length is necessary.
NAPA or one of the many on-line hydraulic supply shops will make it.
The hose is probably ~$20 plus shipping at the place I mentioned previously, for a brand new one made to order.
