I have two dodges with cummmins, though '95 & 97 seem like new trucks to me. I also have 3 1028s and 4 1008s . I am already a little deaf from a career that involves chain saws , chippers, rock cutting and diesel equipment... Quiet is good. I will be trying out some different combos of non rust promoting noise mitigation. I welcome more suggestions, and will post any results...... Another gear would quiet things down , but I could only afford to do that to one truck, besides I have my flashy new 97 Dodge for the freeway.
