well i ordered a plug but it isnt going to be here in time before my trip, so i need to make a make shift plug that will plug into the deuce trailer plug and work down into a standard 4wire trailer conecter. the design will be crude, but effective. the issue im running into now is that for the next 3 days(i leave in 3 days) im stuck on a computer with 56k for internet and i cant load up the TM to see what prong on the plug does what. im going to go out there with a tester but it will be dificult to do by myself, so i was wondering if anyone here can set me up with a picture or a link to the the info on what the each prong on the plug does.
and for those who are curious(talked to an electrial engineer and said it would work) is get some prongs that will fit each whole, then find all the controls for 1 side.(brakelight/turn) and run them to the same wire, and go from there. but with out seeing the schematic im sorta stuck between a rock and a hard place.
so basicly i need to choke the 12 wires down into 4. i know its been done before because ODiron sells an adapter, but unfort i wont get the one i ordered in time.
any help/input if anyone has done this themselfs or have ideas why this will/wont work let me know.
Thanks, Josh.
