OK, I finally got around to completing the trailer for the bobbed M35A3 I am building. The trailer uses the 2x extra A3 tires/wheels off of the 3rd axle that was removed and the A3 truck bed.
I moved the axle back 2'. I moved the air/hydro brake assy back and extended the air side flex line to correct the move.
I figured out a way to test the brakes without a truck too. I drilled out a QD air fitting to screw on the airline then supplied air through a regulator (100 PSI) via facility air.
The tongue weight is 280# (~10% of the trailer's empty weight) and it pulls great.
