Does this bulb need to be 24V? What about the Gen 2 relay and voltmeter relay? They are both switching 24V. Mine are marked 12V.

The GEN2 and Fuel Gauge bulbs are #194, All others are #168. 12v 194s are fine.
You can find the numbers in the TM 9-2320-289-20p parts manual.
The relays are starndard 12v relays that are operated with 12v and are controlling 24v.
A 1990s Jeep air conditioner relay works great.
