So there is a spin off kit for the 5 tons? I used the search function with no luck on the subject and when I drove these trucks our motorpool did all the work on them other than our daily PMCS.

Freddy just search this form for Fleetguard spin on filter and Jwaller thread should come up with the fleetguard 3300923S filter conversion

Gasket number ......isnt it a screw on type for both diesel and oil ???

Yes I have done four of my trucks. The problem is the cost and I ran the XD filter at 40 bucks now the trucks sit. So money spent for miles driven does not add up. Don't think I will do anymore.
