1st EUC question

Filliing out my first EUC and I thought I was to leave no empty blanks. Section II, question 1c - I check the box, but dont write anything in blank? Just want to make sure before I submit, I want no delays.

OK thats what I thought but that"leave no blank empty" kinda messed me up.

my first one I did not leave blank, was told though the GL site and email my FU. The person at GL was very informitive as to getting it right. The only thing you get no additional time to fix. Must be submitted correctly by the origainal time line. I got it done just in time > I rate that on the pucker scale (1-10) at a 11

I haven't done one in a few months but if you just do a mouseover the field doesn't it tell you what to put in each one?
