M15A1 Restoration

Thought I would start a thread on my trailer. I'm really not ready to do a complete restoration just yet, but I wanted to get all the moving part's moving again. The last time I had it hooked to a truck I applied the brake's and it took about 20 minute's for them to release. So I'm going through every thing to get it working.

What, about 150 sacks of blast sand and 15 gallons of paint and she'll be good as new. Looking forward to see the progression.

That is one big trailer! What did it haul? An Abram's tank?
The last series of tanks that this trailer probably would've hauled would have been the M48 series, maybe the M60. The Abrams is too heavy for this trailer.

Dirt, you are a heckuva guy restoring all these heavy pieces. Can't wait to see this one done too....
