? about frame supports

Guys do these frame supports help with the strength of the frame ? Ive been looking for a set but . i wasn't sure if they helped anything ? thx

I have never seen them on a frame but there has to be a reason If you find out let us know will see if I can find anything!

They are on my frame. I don't know how much they help, if any, but I would keep them. Eventually I want to box my whole frame.

They are for supporting the spring shackle mount.... I have replaced LOTS of them and patched a couple frames.. If you got the slap them on. Cant hurt this is for sure.

That would make sense, as mine is a M1028.
