Is this a military trailer

I found this little 4x8 trailer for sale. It has an OD heavy rubberized pouch inside the tool box that is labeled for engine records. It is equipped with a hand brake and a pintle hitch. If I had to guess, maybe for some type of flight line support.

Are those tires NDT? can't tell from the pix

Thanks for the welcomes. I've lurked here off and on for years, wishing to get a M35 someday. Just don't have a suitable place to keep it, and I'm a bit of a tightwad.

The tires are small, not like NDT tires I'm use to. This trailer doesn't have the clearance for off road use. The tire are labeled "Industrial Special Purpose", "6.90-9 NHS", "Not for Highway Service". I believe the tire manufacturer is Armstrong.

Sounds like Golf Cart tires. Maybe its a home made to haul a Golf Cart?

It resembles a WW2 USAAF M6 bomb trailer. Perhaps a reenactor built a replica for airshows, etc.
