That would be a possibility to. Some of the stories I have heard on here it could have been some one who didn't check the brakes or some thing.

I also know some of the local fire departments have them and lets just say they are not very well taken care of either.

I've heard from reliable sources that NDTs aren't that great on slick roads either. If it's a newb driving for the first time in the rain could be a hazardous situation.
