W/ow or W/W - What does that Mean?

Dumb question from a newbie. I've searched the forum, read the Wiki, and searched Google. I see the designation of W/ow or W/W on listings for trucks. What is that?

w/w is with winch
w/ow is without winch

For the spelling impaired:

W/W = With Wench
W/WO = Without Wench.

Depending on what GL is selling it could mean "With Wheels" or "Without Wheels"
