I fired up my new (to me) mep-003a today. Just cleaned out the filter canisters, installed new cartridges & followed sewerzuk's basic start up proceedure. Easy Peasy :-D

The one glitch was it wouldn't stay running after releasing the start position. Took all of 2 minutes to find a bad oil pressure switch. Jump that out & all is well.

I would like to replace the switch. The running pressure after warm up seems to be about 40 psi (but I had no load on the unit, so real operating temp probably is somewhat higher). Does anyone know the cut out pressure for it? I'm guessing 20 psi but would rather not guess

Did you try looking up the part number, then googling it?
