Figured I'd share some pics of my 813A1 with 1400-20 Nato tread 18 ply tires and combat Rims. Bought them from Vintage Iron In MA who installed them, these guys were great to work with.

Trying to share some photos on a thread but don't seam to have the option to "manage attachments" I tried the add reply button instead of quick reply as well as the "go advanced" button. What am I missing? Can you only upload photos if you start the thread?

Anyone split shift a 813. I just got one and started messing with shifting the transfer case to fill the gap between 3rd and 4th (like a 2sp rear). Seems if you go from 3H to 5L to 4H you get a nice rpm drop right in the torque curve. Will I wreck something doing this, seems with a little...

Hi all, I have been on the forum a while researching. Just picked up a 813A1 that I am having a ball with. The local fire dept. has a 923 (I think) converted to a brush truck. I can get the bows and top. Wondering if they will fit the 813 bed, even with some mods? Thanks all. The TM's...
