    Not really sure to be honest, How can I tell them apart? I was told to handle the electrical part, the mechanic would take care of "engine stuff". LOL. When both are integrated as they are on this beast, I am not sure where that dividing line is. So I go until I am happy with the results.

    The LBCD, that is the 4 terminal block that sits just below the air over hydraulic reservoir behind the cab, tucked kind of under the spare tire correct? I maybe calling it the wrong thing. I have not worked on military/NATO vehicles that much. I apologize.

    According to the nameplate, march of 95. I maybe mistaken on the "A" part. I am guessing that is what the "A" is in the beginning of the serial number?? Here is the picture of the nameplate.

    You have got to be freaking kidding me??!!! I had done all that but did NOT disconnect the cannon connector from the LBCD. Dear God I feel like the creator of the ID10T error. I will try that one again, and this time finish it job and let you know. Thank you for your help.

    I am working on a 1995 Stewart Stevenson M1078 A. I am having an issue with the charging system. CB77 is good as is K11 relay. However after about 30 seconds my volts gage drops to 0.
