Thanks.......you're right.....they need to be beveled, just enough to not get cut. I've used belt sanders to do it before. I got other bids for $90+ for each panel. And finally settled on the guy at $80 each. I see that one of the military truck suppliers has them for $132, plus shipping.

Thanks for the input....you just reminded me that I have a belt driven commercial machine with carborundum-belts. I used it for my gunsmithing business 20 years ago. I just gotta dust it off and re-adjust the belt on it. I was going to use a belt sander.........but the commercial machine would...

Thanks.......just spent the last two hours Googling my local guys......1st guy said "you can't cut safety glass". 2nd guy.....my safety glass cutter is not working. But, he did recommend the 3rd guy. 3rd guy......is going to give me a quote for 4 of them. And knew what I needed, but won't bevel...
