Yea, I would have prefered the 101, but the 105 was practically given to me... (almost). I think I'll be happy with the 105 once I drop the height down a little. It's a fun project to say the least. I'll be keeping the axle and tires just in case my dream of owning a duece and a half comes true...
Armyman, that's a pretty nifty solution. The only thing though is I have my Xterra lifted as high as it will go without doing a solid axle swap. and I still can't see behind the trailer with the duece wheels on there. I've found a brand new straight axle for about 150 bucks and it's rated at 6k...
Well, bad news... I can't get smaller wheels or tires. My only option is to swap out the axle which I hate to do, but I plan to use this trailer and it needs to be practical.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up. My trailer still has the original recepticle, so I just need to wire it to the pigtails then.
