Hi All,Elohim and I want to finnish our deuces off with the correct markings etc but we don't have a clue as to what size numbers and letters etc and where they go...I found a site that looks like they have everything we need to do the job but we don't want to order anything untill we are sure...

Yea I didn't cut anything..I just pushed the connectors thru the original plug and inserted a wire and wrapped it around then pulled it back into the rubber plug..I just taped everything up in case the vice grips came off..I drove it about 70mi today and it didn't move a bit...I will just remove...

I went to AutoZone and bought a brake light switch and rigged up a temp fix for my brake light problem... Switch $7.00 Vice grip pliers (In The Tool Box) Black tape (Shop Supplies) Spot Mirror Bracket (From Junk Pile) Having Brake Lights That Work (Priceless)

Exactly what I just discovered while looking thru the manuals...I wish I had the kit to change mine over but as long as I can get mine working with the new fluid switch it will be fine...Thanks for the heads up [thumbzup] ...I still can't find the fluid switch in my manuals though...I'll keep...

Ok,I have had problems with my brake lights not working or working but dim and sticking on VERY dim...I decided to get a new 3 lever switch and in the mean time I bought 2 pressure switches..One new one and one used one..Ok I replaced the 3 lever switch and no help..I tested the wires that plug...

Thanks,The previous owner replaced the stock primary filter with the spin on filter..I don't know why but it was on it when I bought the deuce...I bought the troop seats and the canvas cover with both end flaps from my buddy chris (Elohim1) for $500 and finally got around to installing...

Oh and the arms don't press on far enough to lock in place..At least they don't on mine..The threaded end of the wiper motor shaft bottoms out inside the wiper arm before the lock snaps in place..Chris (Elohim1) drilled a hole in his and installed his with the threads running thru the arm and...

Mine was right at $50 for the 2 arms and the 2 blades from NAPA :freaked:

I used the 60-750 adjustable arms and the 60-011-1 exact fit blades..All from NAPA..I used the straight adaptor that came with the adjustable arms and they work great..I mite have just got lucky..

I used the NAPA Exact Fit 60-001-1 blades and had no problem..I used the streight mount that came with the wiper arms..

I just installed mine and it looks like you roll it up and there are buckles on the top as well as straps on the metal part of the bows..Looks like you just roll it up and buckle it in place..I would suspect it is not a one man job though..You can leave the front in place or roll it up too,It...

Yea It's 80w90 leaking..I tried to look up seals on satern's site and they only show one axle seal..I'll keep looking though..Thanks guys...Fred

I parked the deuce yesterday with it leaning a little to the passenger sit and now I have a little grease on my inside rear wheel..Looks like it has an axle seal leaking :banghead: ..It looks like I'll have to R&R the seal...How hard is it to replace it?? The shop I had my tires done at said...
